NR675 Additional class notation SMART

This Rule Note deals with SMART function defined as computer based system that incorporate functions for the collection, the transmission, the analysis and the visualisation of data. These SMART functions may be related to operation and/or maintenance of ships (e.g. hull, machinery, navigation, energy efficiency, logbooks ...) and may include monitoring, decision making support, remote monitoring, maintenance from shore or remote operation of systems.
